If assuming for a second that UFO does exist, it is not very easy to spot them,
simply because they are not there when we want them to be and secondly because
people are not walking with their heads upwards, constantly looking at the sky.
Many reports include an individual seeing something unusual, but other people do not
even notice it, as they are busy getting on with their lives. Even on spotting the UFO
the biggest problem is recording the sighting on time with high quality digital equipment,
which is usually an impossible task when caught off guard.
Thats where Ufo Scanner Network (USN) comes in handy. Just imagine for a second hundreds of devices worldwide
monitoring the sky, passing the streaming video into a computer that is equiped with advanced software
that is tracking any moving objects in the sky, filters out planes, birds and flies.
The images of all suspect objects from all over the world, are sent to a centralised database and displayed on a website.
An online community of UFO hunters, fans and simply passers by help sort out the rest of the data. Random images displayed
on the website to visitors who simply vote whether it is a bird, a plane, a fly or a UFO. Most of data gets sorted and guess what is remaining? You guessed it - UFO.
You think it is science fiction? Think again ...

Currently this project is in full development and this website is the future location for Ufo Scanner Network (USN).
I am looking for interested people, computer vision and any related experts, developers and most importantly your views and ideas for help and advice regarding this project.
The project is not easy and it will take some time to complete, but the more of you help by posting your views, the sooner it will be completed.
Developers would be encouraged by seeing a growing community of interested people.
